Straight forward and simple project. A full size pattern is provided for the head of the horse, plus inside drawing lines for painting. Leave the wood natural, stain, or paint your favorite colors on the horse's head and/or the riding stick. Use an old broom handle for the stick, or buy a nice dowel. Use leather or nylon for the "harness and bridle". Lots of little things you can do with this project to personalize it and make it your own.

Time-tested toy is still fun for kids. Head is 13" wide, 9" high.
