My parents had one of these that they got as a wedding gift in 1952. My friends used to take Baby Jesus to their house to sing to him, my dad worked nights. I had it for about 20 years, I repainted over the paper and eventually sanded and repainted the wood. The wood finally wore out, parts broke off in a move and we ended up gettting rid of it. We are getting a new one, hope it lasts as long as the first.
