2 Door Ice Box Plans
Before there were refridgerators, there were ice boxes. A box with ice. . .that's what kept the milk from spoiling and kept the veggies fresh! Just as the dry sink is no longer used in the kitchen, neither are ice boxes. They do make neat furniture, though, you can make!

Plans for this historically accurate piece include a list of materials you need, instructions for cutting and building, photos of construction, and exploded diagrams. The finished size of the project is 38" tall, 24" wide, and 16" deep. A good intermediate level project. Hardware is available from many sources including Van Dyke's Restorers.
